I love Olive Tree. It's an outdoor Byob and the food is fabulous every single time. The staff treat you like family. Get there early parking and seating is limited because of us regulars.

Great place to eat. Reasonable prices, casual atmosphere. The tomatoes with feta cheese are the best on the island. Can't go wrong with the Lamb Sharma, I eat this almost every time I go. No table service, pick up your own food, probably what keeps the pricing down.

Genuine, casual dining with phenomenal service and great prices. Seasoning is gentle so the natural flavor of the ingredients really comes through. Great for those that typically find restaurants in Hawaii to be too salty. The salads and vegetables in each entree marry well with their main dish and there is a spread of very well priced appetizers available for tons of variability between different visits. Be prepared with cash because they do not accept cards or mobile payment. A nice wine shop next door compliments the BYOB policy here at Olive Tree Cafe. Great place for impromptu meals because the food comes out quickly and there is a good amount of parking available.

Awesome spot with lovely personnel! the former and original owner was a great guy! RIP ! food is great too.. nice place to get together with friends or family.. we've been going there on regular bases for abt 20 years.. Enjoy it and don't forget to get there early or you might have to wait.. its favorite to many ppl.. bring your own alcohol or get some next door!Aloha

Fantastic food! It wasn't too busy when we went on Saturday evening (Around 8pm). Good vibes and will definitely return for the tasty food!

Olive Tree is a nice "little" place hidden on the side of the Kahala Mall. It's a BYOB restaurant that has a small wine shop on the side. Unless you're sure that they have what you want, bring something you'll like. Olive Tree has a short menu that's tailored to sharing from 5 or 6 apps and about the same amount of entrees. Remember to bring "cash" because they don't take cards and there's an ATM somewhere in or near the Mall, if you want to go searching.

BYOB, cash only, very busy, order and find a table. This is my favorite Greek restaurant in Honolulu. The price is lower than they should charge, the wine store next door is convenient, and the Baklava! Make sure you ask to have your piece set aside when you order.

One of the best places in Honolulu to eat at. The food is delicious and healthy. Service is amazing. Ambiance is one of the best. There's something for everyone at affordable prices.

Note: cash only! There is an atm nearby at bank of Hawaii. I got the chicken souvlaki and it was delicious (as you can tell from my empty plate). Indoor and outdoor seating. Minimal menu, but every on it is done well!

I love mediterranean fare and without a doubt, this place delivers. Well worth the wait and although not cheap, it's not overly expensive either. Buy the ticket, take the ride.

Great casual dining for Mediterranean cuisine. Food is delicious. Can be busy with limited seating space during peak hours. It's mostly self service. One thing to note is that it's cash only. But it's a great place to visit for some tasty Mediterranean food.

Awesome Greek place with an established feel. You can tell they found the secret recipe to success and have stuck to it. The prices are great and the staff is upbeat and helpful. Ordering at the counter gives the place a low key, easy going vibe. It was busy when I went and I asked if anyone would mind if I joined them. The lady taking my order knew the regulars well enough to point me to a jovial Lebanese man who I engaged in a hilarious conversation with over a plate of Chicken Saffron. Also, did I mention they have the greatest baklava I’ve ever had!?! Amazing, don’t miss out on this place.

This place has some of the best Greek food I've ever had. It is small though and as such has limited seating, and only takes cash/local checks.

Mostly Greek Food, Simple menu, tasty dishes and friendly staff. The charming Cafe is perched on an unassuming corner away from the bustle of downtown. All transactions are cash.

One of my favorite places to eat! Get there early for seats. BYOB or wine, they provide wine glasses and wine openers, wine store next door with limited selection if need. Parking is limited so again get there early. Favorite must try's: Fish Souvlaki, Dolmadakia, and Mussel Ceviche.

We come to Hawaii every year and this is by far our favorite place to eat! The quality has not changed in 10 years. I highly recommend you try it!! Get there early as they have a wait after 6pm. Yummy!!

A new favourite spot. Excellent food and service! A rare find for Mediterranean food on Oahu! Amazing Baklava and we even took some hummus home!

This place has been super popular for a very long time now. The food is great and they also own a wine and cheese shop next door. So you can go ahead and buy a bottle and then bring it over and drink it while you dine on delicious Mediterranean food. Great for a couple people, though you should get there early because it gets very crowded and hard to find a table. I enjoy it, my family enjoys it, and I will be back with more people

Food was delicious, we had hummus, lamb souvlaki and mussel ceviche. They were quite busy, which is a good thing, however didn't take credit cards which was an inconvenience. The man who took my order was very pleasant and in contrast the man who took my money was grumpy. Maybe it was the pressure of being so busy.

Food is always consistent here. Been coming here for years. Lamb shank on Wednesdays are delicious, along with the lasagna on fridays. You just have to call and reserve before it's all gone though. Highly recommend this place for a casual dinner. BYOB.

Delicious but understandably overpriced considering they are pretty much the only restaurant in their category. Don’t become the victim of the baklava up sell when picking up and paying for take out food at closing especially when their is a quarter sheet pans worth left. Supposedly their are other customers that would pay for it at closing time after asking what they plan on doing with the remaining. Remember CASH ONLY!

I have been coming here for many, many years and the quality has always been excellent. I also love that you get legitimate Greek food here versus the more common descriptor of Mediterranean food. The souvlaki has been my favorite for a long time and it would be a toss up between the chicken, lamb, or fish. The falafel is also a great choice. Really, you can't go wrong with their menu.

Great food and BYOB. They also have their own small parking lot and happen to be located next to a wine shop. What more can you ask for?

Olive Tree has the best Greek food on the Island,chicken salvaki,lamb salvaki and hummus with extra pit bread. They are really busy, whether you dine in or get takeout,2 lines order and pickup. The only negative is other customers can be rude and cut in front of you while you are waiting for your take out,they only take cash or personal check. But food is worth the comedy you may witness with other customers.
